Customers in Europe have the right to cancel orders of IN-STOCK home accessories within 14 days of purchase. This cooling off period applies only to items listed in our homeware category.

The right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to our fabric and wallpaper because it is printed to order and therefore classified as a custom item. Fabric is also cut to length and therefore personalised to each customer.

To request cancellation of a homeware order, please contact us quoting your order number. We will respond within 2-5 working days to confirm.
