HOMEWARE RETURNS

If you wish to return a cushion or lampshade purchase, please email studio@sophieharpley.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing your order number and the reason (with photos if relevant). We will send you the correct returns address to use. Please post your purchase back in its original condition and packaging. You must use a tracked delivery service and we cannot cover the cost of this.  Once your parcel is received here, we will process your refund within 14 days. 

 

FABRIC & WALLPAPER RETURNS 

It is so important that you order swatch samples of the design and colourway you like before ordering rolls of wallpaper or fabric meterage, so that you avoid the need for returns. Our fabric and wallpapers are printed to order and fabrics cut to size. This means they are classed as a custom item and we are not legally obliged to accept returns unless an item is damaged / faulty.

If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately so we can advise. It is your responsibility to check a product before using it. It is also your responsibility to order the correct quantity for a project, we cannot accept returns for over-ordered excess fabric / wallpaper. 

In exceptional circumstances where we have agreed to a return of fabric or wallpaper, a 25% restocking charge will apply. We also cannot cover your return postage.  Fabric or wallpaper, must be in its original condition; fabrics cannot be cut (and should remain on the roll if they were delivered this way). Wallpapers must remain wrapped in their cellophane. You must notify us by email before you send an order back to us and within 14 days of your receiving it.

Please send the item well-protected and use a tracked postal service as we are not liable to cover loss or damage to items on their way back to us. Once received, we will process your refund within 14 days.

 

ORDERED TOO MUCH? 

Please recycle or pass on any excess fabric and wallpaper. Both are biodegradable. However if you have larger pieces to spare, please consider donating them to our chosen charity: furnishingfutures.org
