Hand-painted patterns bring depth, texture and character to our surroundings. Commissioning an artistic response to your interior may be the perfect touch to complete an interiors project.
Designed to tell the story of a space and its inhabitants, Sophie will paint an original pattern for your exclusive use. Your unique print can then be produced as fabric or wallpaper or delivered as original artwork.
Sophie has previously decorated ceramics, lampshades, wooden furniture, illustrated books and more. She is open to discussing all ideas.

If there is a print in our current collection that you would like to use in different colours - we can achieve this. Sophie is able to adapt any pattern to match most colours. Send references from paint charts or discuss a suitable palette together.

If you are looking for a particular weight of cloth or wallpaper print technique to suit the era of your interior - this can be accommodated. Sophie works with the leading textile and wallpaper printers in the UK who are deeply immersed in the heritage of their craft. We can collaborate to produce unique results sympathetic to your project.

Bring new life to antique pattern. Sophie is able to restore or reproduce existing hand painted motifs. For example to preserve murals or reprint fading vintage wallpapers or heirloom printed textiles. Perhaps you have inherited or uncovered a snippet of history while renovating your home and would like to see it restored. Or you may wish to reference a historical pattern and reflect the architecture in your home, through a bespoke print.
